How about that 50 unit at 583 North River Rd!! No public released renderings or anything mentioned at any city meetings, the footing are going in as we speak.
Personally, that's the way I like it as so many projects are held up by public 'NIMBY' opponents. We need housing, and fast! This is one way to get her done!
