I definitely agree with everything you’re saying Metro-one, the only thing is, the city is literally shooting themselves in the foot as we speak on the clement plan. They’re purposely developing that land instead of using it for its rightful purpose.
I suggest the only other viable option, the John Hindle extension to Westside. But that’ll never happen, either.
