And yes this building is crazy prominent from several angles.
The zig-zag teeth? We could see that with each floor. Won't pretend I know how that works.

Based on its location, this one makes an absolutely massive impact on the skyline.

I love the "flatiron" appearance from the 417 westbound

That first one is an awesome shot! Really highlights the flatiron-ess of the tower. For the Love of God Claridge, don't screw up the balconies.

Agreed. That first shot is stellar. Great angle and the lighting is perfect.

My favorite look at this building so far.

from the river path near Parkdale this tower looks really tall. For some reason this tower feels taller than 30 stories

Walked by this for the first time in a while. Nice of them to balcony glass an entire floor all the way around. Almost strikes me as a proof of concept installation the way they went around it.

Color pallet wise the balcony glass looks like that new building on Parkdale from a distance. This thing is really nice. I made a point to walk up the MUP from Carling.

Really exciting area.

Paint? Shirley you gotta be kidding me. Painting masonry/concrete is generally a terrible idea. Dumbdumbs down the street from me painted the entire 12 story brick building WHITE AND BLACK... and its been 2 or 3 years and its spalling off all over the place.

Just don't do it. Say no to painting brick kids.

If you're gonna paint the underside, you've got to coat the top surface, something that ALL these condos do after 25 years and a major round of concrete repair that drives everyone crazy. But do you think Claridge wants to volunteer to spend another $3000 per unit for some coatings? lol
