Out of the ten developments we have nine renderings, two are outdated and one is missing.

I like how it plays off of the market building with the brick and the archways inside. Seeing the other designs on site they will all stand out from each other which is cool but this one reminds you where you are. Love it.

It has a bit of a fusion of Ancient Roman/Medieval style with a touch of relatively more recent Exchange District throwback thrown in there.

Are we bringing back more bricklayers and stone masons into construction? Are we making masons great again or something?

Looking at all these designs with interesting little courtyards and arcades and plazas, I do wonder a little whether they're in the midst of creating another problem like the ones with Centre Village and Window Park.

Has there been consideration here to sightlines, access control, lighting, etc.?

Wasn’t it glen Murray who, years ago, was hiding behind the pillars of the TD building at portage and main, complaining that people were easy prey to thugs, who could hind behind the pillars, making downtown unsafe for pedestrians. lol memories.

Hopefully. I could see these covered alleyways becoming shelters pretty quick.
