How is immigration and affordability not an issue in this election? It's borderline insanity. You literally have an unaffordability crisis and a horrible economic situation for youth in the labour market.
You look at the "canadaexpressentry" subreddit and you get people blatantly promoting backdoor ways in, including coming in as a student/tfw/visitor, ripping up documents and claiming asylum.
Carney's comments makes it seem like these caps are a temp measure before he ramps up the numbers again. PP is spineless.
