In the city's Housing Accelerator Fund action plan, they set the goal of working with the U of S to fast-track student housing on College Quarter lands (off Cumberland between College & 14th). Their most recent goal said they hoped to for this partnership by summer 2026, so maybe we will see some action there soon? (See Initiative 13 here:

Also, the older student housing building off Wiggins applied to re-zone to Corridor Station Mixed Use, so maybe the owner of that building has some plans?
Either way, College should transform over the next decade. Especially with those cool-looking BRT lanes down the middle!
