The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 14-storey mixed-use building and includes:

85 strata residential units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 8.0; and
A building height of 43.3 m (143 ft.).

Architect: Olson Kundig from Seattle
