Three 3.5-storey stacked townhouse blocks, with a total of 92 units, are proposed at the south end of Meadowlily Road North, which is the stretch that runs off of Hamilton (not Commissioners).
A zoning change was granted by Council a couple of years ago on this site for an 80-unit three-storey stacked townhouse development, so this new proposal has 12 more units and is half a storey taller.
The conceptual rendering provided is the exact same one as the townhomes that are currently being constructed along Sunningdale across from Mother Teresa High School. However this proposal is by not by Royal Premier Homes, but by a numbered company. I assume they used the same architect.

UPDATE: City planning staff had recommended Council not to approve this, because they thought this development was too intense for the site. However, council voted to approve it anyway:
