A 3.5 stacked townhouse development with 10 units is proposed on a lot on the south side of Southdale just east of White Oak Road. The lot currently has a single family house on it.

There are a couple of recent townhouse developments to the east of this site.

Three 3.5-storey stacked townhouse blocks, with a total of 92 units, are proposed at the south end of Meadowlily Road North, which is the stretch that runs off of Hamilton (not Commissioners).

A zoning change was granted by Council a couple of years ago on this site for an 80-unit three-storey stacked townhouse development, so this new proposal has 12 more units and is half a storey taller.

The conceptual rendering provided is the exact same one as the townhomes that are currently being constructed along Sunningdale across from Mother Teresa High School. However this proposal is by not by Royal Premier Homes, but by a numbered company. I assume they used the same architect.

Sifton is proposing two 3-storey stacked townhouse blocks, and two 2-storey townhouse blocks (with a total of 52 units) on a parcel of land off the east side of Colonel Talbot Road, north of Lambeth, and to the south of Kilbourne Road.

The parcel has an interesting shape and currently contains a single family home.

A 3.5 storey stacked townhouse development comprised of two buildings (with a total of 10 residential units) is proposed on the south side of Fanshawe Park Road between Adelaide St and Trossacks Ave.

There is currently a single family house on the lot.

York has the first of the 3s townhomes now framed up in their NorthWinds Village condo project behind the Rona in Hyde Park area. This is the SW corner of Tokala Trail and Dalmagarry.

A 24-unit cluster townhouse development consisting of 8, 2 storey townhouse units and 16, 3.5 storey stacked townhouse units is proposed on a relatively large lot on the north side of Gore Road, just east of Hamilton. The lot currently has a single family house on it.

The applicant is Richfield Custom Homes, a company that has built homes in the London area.

A 2-storey cluster townhouse development with 10 residential units is proposed on the west side of Hale Street, just south of Brydges. Hale is a street that runs from Hamilton to Dundas east of Highbury.

Grand Oak Homes owns the property, which has a single-family house on it with a large backyard. There was a consent application a few years ago to sever the existing house from the rest of the property.

Looks like construction may soon start on a 3.5-storey stacked townhouse development (with 26 units) along Fanshawe Park Road west of Highbury..... I saw some construction fencing go up within the last week or so.

The zoning and site-plan were both approved in 2023 and 2024 respectively, and a building permit was filed last month.

There used to be a house on the lot that was demolished a few years ago.

A 9-unit three storey townhouse development is proposed at the northwest corner of Oxford St and Wistow St, which is just to the west of Highbury.

The townhouses are proposed to be built to the north of the existing large building on the property, which used to be a Toyota dealership (before they relocated to Fanshawe and Highbury). There are currently some small automotive retail stores in the building, and the site-plan shows that it may be redeveloped as a self-storage facility.

Shame the former Toyota dealership isn't redeveloped into a nice mid-rise apartment tower. Shopping and BRT within steps.

Heavy equipment has been doing site prep and Fanshawe has some lane closures today for the sewer/utility line cut-in.

50 townhouse units are proposed by Rand Developments on a vacant piece of land to the west of a subdivision in the Hamilton and Clarke area, which is about 10-20 years old.

A 2-storey, 10-unit modular street townhouse development is proposed on Evangeline Street, which is a small residential street northeast of Dundas St and Second St.

Modular housing involves constructing a home in sections (modules) at a factory, then transporting those sections to the construction site for assembly.

They have nearly finished up framing the second block of units called Willow Townhomes. Wastell Homes, located at 310 Callaway Road, London, ON. These condos are moving really slow due to the dead new build condo market right now.
