Lower Duck is also a mess on the Québec side, Lorrain is a narrow residential street with 2 and sometimes 3 lanes at most. There's much fewer driveways and intersections on Paiement, as well as close to double the width. A service road could be provided to cut the driveways off Paiement entirely, and it's a lot more space for potential grade separations.
