Loblaws was Level 3. Starbucks Kiosk is Level 2. They installed a firewall leading down a level to the food hall so there must have been a connection from the Homer side.
From DH's rendering it seems like the Hamilton entrance closer to Dunsmuir.

There's a bubble tea shop opening a kiosk as well. Also the Cookies by George was just a popup for December which explains their short stay.
