Unwrapped glass was bluer than the Landmark towers from what I saw in person. But it won't be as blue.

the few buildings to the South along Dawson Street and their lots seem quite small now, is the plan to only have some lowrise buildings along that stretch? does anyone know? Similiar to what is across the street along the South side.

The density plan calls for medium density buildings. So I would imagine similar to six stories south of Dawson.

4481 Dawson is for sale one of the sites directly south.

2.20 FSR with commercial at grade/residential above. TOD sites might get up to 4 FSR (?)

There hasn't been a lot of firm details but it sounds like they are trying to work on some kind of project that would also involve a ground level Carter dealership. I doubt anything happens unless they partner up or the market recovers. It sounds like the dealership family (plural) still control the site.

It's not immediately obvious from Lexus's post, but it seems like this last tower doesn't use seafoam green glass like the rest of Solo District and instead uses a bluer/clearer glass.

Slowed down due to the floor plate change?

By my count those table forms at the top are for the roof of the office portion of the tower which I believe would be a transfer slab.

I hadn't paid much attention to this tower and didn't see that this isn't a typical residential over commercial tower but more of a residential beside commercial tower. Beside the 13 office floors there are 19 or so residential floors, that complexity would justify how slow this has been going up.

This shows the residential floor plates beside and above the office portion.
