They all look the same these days because they know it'll sell as long as it's in
a good location.

I think it'll be a bi-polar / bifurcated building.
The office block will have curtain wall (left side of pic),
but the residential tower glued to the back of it will have the typical window wall that you see installed in those pics.

Surprisingly good. There's blue vinyl behind the glazing so it'll look less blue when completed.

The blue glass should set it apart from the other towers at SoLo.

Looks like they've changed the arrangement of the fins.
