right? It's a great piece of land in the downtown, that could truly be developed at more than a 1 building at a time pace. If they have any grand civic pride, why not do a city/private/province/federal joint transit, living, and retail? Make it a district. Could have a bus right from there to the JLC. Would bring people to both ends of downtown. Make a proper bus depot there, including regional (Strathvegas, St. Thomas, Woodstock, (seasonal like Port Stanley and Grand Bend) etc), and distance (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Windsor, etc) routing, as well as city. Include a provision of land for a high speed rail stop. Build it with an above ground park a la Torontos.
So many dreams
