The article basically says Extell is moving forward, and is filing permits for demolition and construction of two small affordable buildings. Also a historic midblock building is being preserved.
If you look at the block footprint, it appears that there will be two tall towers rising - one midblock, facing more on 67th Street, and one on the Columbus Ave. end. But no permits yet for the main towers.
