Extell Development is getting plans rolling at an Upper West Side campus the developer picked up for more than $900 million.
Gary Barnett’s firm filed plans for a pair of residential projects at the former Walt Disney Company-owned ABC campus, Crain’s reported. The filings are the first at the site, which includes a handful of addresses.
Extell did not respond to a request for comment on the plans, which were first reported by PincusCo.
At 30 West 67th Street, Extell filed plans for a nine-story, 90-foot-tall residential building that would span 76,000 square feet. The property would feature 50 units, including low-income housing units. The 14-story office building on the parcel would be demolished to make way for the development.
At 7 West 66th Street, Extell filed plans for another 90-foot-tall residential building, though this one would only be seven stories and 44,000 square feet. The property would have 31 units, also including low-income housing. Extell would try to convert the existing office building on the parcel, rather than raze it and start anew.

The timeline for the projects is unclear.
The plans come two years after Extell paid Silverstein Properties and Seven Valleys roughly $930 million for the former Walt Disney Company-owned ABC campus. Guggenheim Partners and Aquarian Holdings were among those to provide at least $900 million in acquisition financing.
