It's in no way awful but I don't think it's an architectural homerun either. To each their own but I find it kind of uninspired.
I get they are trying to blend with the other buildings around them but I'm not sure we need to do that every time a new building goes up. A city streetscape should evolve and change over time.
In any event, not objectionable and a big improvement over the old Woolworth's (and a huge improvement over the hole!
