We'll see what the impact is on TFWs, but the numbers the government is putting out in it's
latest reform announcement is that it only expects a reduction of 20,000 TFWs country-wide. Based on this quote:

Even if these numbers are off by a significant margin, it's really not going to have a massive impact on Translink ridership.
Student numbers are also only being reduced by 10 percent, so the combined impact of these measures really shouldn't make a huge difference to ridership.
