Well there is the lands immediately next to the station being actively redevoloped, theres that massive rezoning at Coventry and Belfast, Trainyards, while slow seems to still be planning to redevolop the areas to the south. And Via has been apprehensive to let us build a bridge through the area because of their potential redevolopment plans.
