As for the LCBO, it is kind of crazy that they closed WEP when they opened in Place Bell. There is a glaring hole on the west side of downtown. An LCBO in any of the complexes west of Bank would do great. Hoping that they are looking at Releve.

They closed in WEP in part because the WEP retail levels were being ripped down to the studs. It's not like they could have stayed.
