Also very curious on location. Really anywhere on Lebreton is going to be fine.
Not sure about a high school in the base of a tower. I'm guessing they exist somewhere, but it definitely isn't a common way to build. Would be better to have a dedicated building. Among other things, it would be much quicker to get built.
