They ARE NOT options, they are illegal basements suite rented because there's no space for them.
They sleep in the same beds sometimes and there are literally safe rules not compatible with those houses.
You are so disconnected from reality that you don't even know the conditions in what people live. They can't escape fires, there are diases in a place with 25 people and 1 bathroom. It's illegal for a reaspon.
