One of Ottawa's problems is how disconnected our best urban locations are. Bank, Elgin, market, old Hull. We need some glue to hold this together to really demonstrate that urban Ottawa has become a big city and downtown is worth a visit. Our best areas are too scattered with dead areas in between. And our rapid transit does not effectively hold it all together well. Walks from stations can be too far.
