Thanks. Moncton is about to get a Baton Rouge (at the Crowne Plaza Hotel across from the Avenir Centre). We already have a Keg. This might end up being the next franchise that I will agitate for on our local SSP forum. If you create enough noise, sometimes you can make things happen, and, well placed people in the city do keep track of what we talk about.
I see that currently they have no franchises outside Quebec, but, their franchising page seems to indicate they are open to opportunities "across North America."
With a large francophone minority population, Moncton often benefits from expansion of Quebec based retail and restaurant chains.
