I don't recall seeing this yet. Thanks for posting. I walk by that lot fairly regularly and it's such an eyesore. This new building looks to be a tasteful modern take on the old red brick buildings scattered throughout the area. The windows could be a bit bigger tho.
I wonder if anything is moving along at the similarly sized empty lots at Grosvenor and Wentworth, and Stafford and McMillan
