This was very well put -- the 2WTC foundations that we see are just the visible part of the huge, interconnected underground workings that span the entire site. Unless the diamonds design is revived against all odds, whatever rises here will have some very interesting engineering at its lower levels to accomodate the PATH terminal superstructures.
