Amenities look okay, but 11 units on single every floor will make elevators incredibly busy, not to mention when one or more is down.
For the prices being asked, I would definitely look elsewhere for a better deal. Concord Brentwood units seem like a lot better value and quality.

Concord Brentwood has 3 elevators for 45-55 floors.
Gilmore place has 6 elevators for 55-64 floors.
If anything, the elevators will be
much busier at Concord.
