I was checking lot of the ads and those "junior" 2 bedrooms are hilariously small. Also any of the north facing units are looking directly into dozens of Tower 2 units (and vice versa). Horrible lack of privacy.
Amenities look okay, but 11 units on single every floor will make elevators incredibly busy, not to mention when one or more is down.
For the prices being asked, I would definitely look elsewhere for a better deal. Concord Brentwood units seem like a lot better value and quality.
