407 traffic is still light particularly in comparison to other 400 series highways.
Speaking of which. This was my absurd (but quickest) route from Windsor to Ottawa on Wednesday. 401, 403, QEW, 403, 410, 407, 418, 401, 416, 417. The 401 through Toronto is a time sink in summer particularly with all the construction and my travel through the GTA was midday.
