I have an almost direct line of sight of this project from work, and it has looked like it's in the same state as it was from over a year ago...a collection of jack posts, concrete pillars and some poured walls, with the heritage building floating beside it all. It is a very odd looking jobsite, and a strange location to want to build a tower at first glance...
