Truth. We had a boat in that marina. It was amazing. There were probably 12-20 boats in that place that people lived on year round. One day about a week before they opened in the spring, they sent a letter out saying you had to be gone. They gave us 7 days. People were crushed. They said it was for survey work to begin but they never did any of it.
I find it hilarious when people try to figure out what Durst is gonna do. I find it even mor hilarious that people think they're ever gonna break ground on the Riverfront. They are sellers. And they're waiting for the market to get to a certain level. The DRWC is on crack if they think Durst is ever gonna build anything.
