That isn't remotely enough. it needs to use up all the land between the 3 roads unto the houses. Then it's future proof for like 600-1,000 cars. OMC3 will need a major expansion for UBC and OMC using all that space, would allow for the second Surrey line to link up with Port Coquitlam or something.
