Actually, all he did was delay it. I believe he cancelled the original waterfront museum plan by the Liberals out of spite and then before an election, re-invented it in a new space like he's some hero. Like the F-up done with the Courthouse and Centennial Building in Fredericton, same spiteful rationale to cancel the plans. Both would have been open by now and we'd be onto other projects had he not intervened and screwed things up.

He's like having an elderly parent you need to start leaving nursing home brochures hidden around his house to "soften the blow" before the kids pull the trigger and intervene this Fall. IMHO
