CitiPlaza has changed hands a few times. I am not sure who the company is that actually owns CitiPlaza. Originally when it was built as Galleria London, there was a proposal for a 30+ floor residential tower right at the corner of Dundas and Wellington (where the Medical Hall of Fame is). This is not actually on the CitiPlaza property but rather across the road on York Street.
