Ugh, these designs could be anywhere from Toronto to Chongqing to Miami, nothing Vancouver about it. What happened to stepping down to the water? Aquilini Centre could've been a lot taller in hindsight.

I miss the massing of bayshore and marinaside crescent where, instead of one or two slabs monopolizing the view, views to the water can be had for many buildings/units as far as 2-3 blocks inland, which from the other side of the water means a more layered skyline
