Agreed, what's crazy, looking at the photo, is only the top 3 (maybe 4) floors still have any view. Everyone else is blocked anyways. So thats what 12- 16? appartments/condos that maintain their view sorta....
How many nimbys does it take to cancel a project in Gatineau? I know it's not a lot.
