I assume it's just a pilot base for now, rather than starting a new "hub"? So that means you can live in Vancouver and fly for Porter as a pilot. Just like how YWG for AC or YQT for PD.
So unless their business plan changed, PD will still only fly to YYZ, YOW, YUL, YHU from YVR...
