Exactly what's needed to preserve these facades, although the apartments in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Wallacks building are pretty iconic as well. We'll never see places like those again, and they'll be 'lost to the shifting sands of time' with this demo.
The large arched building is a dump and would be at risk of demo due to neglect, and the north-east corner is a bit dumpy as well.
I really wish this proposal was for Bank/Kent south-west corner. Those buildings are abandoned and REALLY need help.
