Yeah, but in my opinion, if you're going demolish them and replace them with boring ass basic 7 story tall apartment buildings that are already all over Phoenix, I'd want to think again. They should build bigger and better if they're going demolish stuff of historical value. Make it worthwhile. Can we get some architectural significance yet?
