Marquee doesn't have these issues which makes day to day living horrible for the new residents, particularly Grad students trying to focus on their Master's degree.
They can't even drink the tap water!
I expect higher standards for a building owned by the #5 University in Canada, and according to US News and World Report the #138 globally ranked school out of almost 2,200 ranked in the World.
