That's true. Massive windows with a nice color tone. The cladding to window here isn't the same. Pretty sterile looking.
I'm working at the corner of Baseline and Maitland right now. Kitty corner from the steel frame Dymon storage building. My god are the balconies massive. It's a condo but looks like a rental from the outside. I haven't pulled a tape but I want to say the balconies are pushing 5' out from the building envelope itself.
1976 build. Large 2 bedroom unit pushing 1k sq. ft. It might not be pretty on the outside but it sure is functional. Condo fees are also only?? $750 a month. It's very well cared for.
This building seems regressive in comparison.
