That's 123-129 Keefer Street.

It was first approved as a 32 home residential building in 2018 under the existing HA-1A zoning. Last year, a development permit was approved that allowed for 53 hotel rooms as an alternate form of use instead.

As for Beedie's 105 Keefer, it still has to satisfy the conditions attached to the approval of its development application before a building permit could be approved.
