dammit, when i emailed them they said Q2 2024 ... That was like a month ago. How hard is it to approve permits for a gym?

So actually it’s not true, the permits have been approved, they just don’t have the money to start construction.

My partner is a Vancouver city planner who is currently working on that building.
I was going to bad mouth Evolve about still not opening at Brentwood but just saw they are opening in December.
