Vancouver housing affordable housing supply 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 is a never ending problem. The new condos get bought up immediately by foreigners and the population only continues to grow which is unsustainable. The quality of life will eventually go way down. Maybe when the city become completely overcrowded people will then decide to leave or a foreign ownership ban. These are the only things that will help solve the affordability problem.... Hong Kong is not where Vancouver city planners should look for inspiration.
