My guess from viewing the progress from afar, spring 2024, occupancy in the summer 2024. You would have to speak to the project manager for a more accurate or true completion date.

Thanks for the reply. I just feel that such a complex building does require a lot of time. Interior decoration is not easy either.
FBC recently received an update from Westbank, the Heart For The City project developer, that the estimated construction completion is delayed until approximately March 2024. But we need to hold that estimated completion date loosely, as numerous schedule changes during the project have taught us that one of the only certainties when it comes to construction is that the timing is uncertain – which is one reason why we rest in the comfort that the Lord is leading First Baptist through the Heart For The City project, as His timing is always best.
And in fact, a slight delay offers several advantages for FBC. It means additional time to continue planning for the many details related to the project’s rental housing, childcare, and counselling components. It also means additional time to complete our ministry planning, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) acquisition plans. And perhaps most importantly, it means that our pastoral and administrative staff will not need to manage our move back to our building during the Advent season, as we had previously thought, which is perhaps the busiest time of year for the church. Instead of worrying about moving details, it will be good to focus on celebrating the wonderful news of the Incarnation of Jesus Christ.
A real estate listing trying to reassign a one-bedroom unit in Vancouver’s yet-to-be-completed The Butterfly tower generated a fair amount of buzz among neighbours this weekend because of its high price.
The listing, posted on Friday by realtor Karim Virani, offered a 620-square-foot one-bedroom unit on the 15th floor of Westbank’s building. The asking price was just under $1.5 million.
Ariele Peterson, who does marketing and communications for Westbank, the tower’s developer, said the listing appeared to be a realtor trying to assign their personal unit, which was not authorized by the developer.
The listing was taken down only hours after it went up, but the asking price still caused a stir.
The unit clocked in at just under $2,400 per square foot, as one neighbour astutely calculated. They called the price “insane” in a social media post....

Construction work on Vancouver’s third-tallest tower has paused after a church chimney collapsed during restoration work, injuring three workers who had to be rescued.
The collapse happened just before 11 am Wednesday, sending firefighters and paramedics rushing to the construction site at Burrard and Nelson Streets. Luckily, the three trapped workers were extricated and sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Now, Haebler Construction, the company that developer Westbank has contracted for the church renovation and seismic upgrade, says work at the side is suspended while an investigation takes place...
Vancouver Fire Rescue Services Assistant Capt. Jarret Gray told CBC News the men were hurt when the facade of a building at the corner Nelson and Burrard streets collapsed, taking with it the scaffolding they were on.
One of the workers was partially buried by the debris and had to be extracted.
Gray said the men fell about three to 4.5 metres onto a second-floor balcony.
Rescuers had to climb fire truck ladders to reach them before all were lowered in a box attached to a construction crane.
