Last Friday Sep 15, 2023, Finished installing penthouses glass panels. The first panel went in on Aug 28th, 3 weeks of work.

Tight fit but got it done.

The proportions on this tower are perfect. Glad to see that it stands out in the skyline. It deserves to.

It is now safe to walk by the building

, they removed the debris off that window. Camera did not captured the clean up, it was tarped over for the pass few days.

The tarp was removed yesterday afternoon, noticed the clean up this morning.

Today, Eastside pre-cast panels are done. Scaffolding coming down.
One more row of pre-cast panels (Westside), then they will setup a derrick crane for tower crane removal.
It would be great to have a helicopter do it but I think they will get a derrick up there. ( I will live stream the derrick crane setup)

Those enclosed levels are for the penthouses.

I'm not sure how they're finishing that middle section. (Edit: probably 2 more panels that are curved the opposite way)

Simply put, I love how this building looks in the skyline from a distance from all angles. I can't wait for the cluster around this get built out.

This gif is one day of work (started this wing yesterday afternoon, 4 panels).
Hoping for better weather for more panels installed in a day and better lighting for capturing.
Will post the full event when this wing is completed.

I wonder whether doing that in the rain seals up water inside the joints between panels and if that has any lasting impact?

With the amount of innovations in this building's envelope and with the swimming pool's enclosure and also the penthouse glass bottom pools,
water in between those penthouse courtyard glass panels might be the least or last of their concerns. I think they will be fine, I don't want to alarm any owners or buyers.

Apparently I missed the HVAC drop in, looks like the housing for the HVACs was being capped-off today.

Well until the entire curtain wall gets sealed I don't think there's much difference between that and any other water coming in during the construction. I assume water ingress after construction is more of a concern..
