I've called Syncra and spoke to their PM, he was a nice guy, I asked what the holdup was and he mentioned they were "waiting on the owner" for an item, I asked what it was and he couldnt say but said they were very frustrated too. Vintop pointing fingers at the city, city pointing fingers at Vintop, Syncra pointing fingers at Vintop, according to my calculations I think i know who the problem is (spoiler its Vintop)
