They have a show room but the windows are all still covered up.
Mind if I ask which development you bought?

And yea definitely some stalling right now. I remember Rize was expecting to have completed their masterplan by 2025 and they're nowhere near starting. I wonder if Concord's Piano will see any delays, they were supposed to go on sale this month.

I believe Juno is to hit the market soon as well.

This project, Holland Park. To be honest I actually preferred the Blue Sky Parkway 2 project which was suppose to go to pre sale fall of 2022 but never came to market. A realtor told me Parkway 2 will be on presale sometime in 2024. I believe interest rates are just artificially suppressing buyer demand and when rates do go down and make it profitable for developers to market future projects they’ll just cash in and charge more. Or maybe not. Who knows.

Nice, assumed that but I remembered your name from the Georgetown thread and wasn't sure which one you were referring to. Thind's District NW has one beds that are reaching ~$1300/sq ft and the west tower is already sold out. Skyliving by Allure is going to be moving forward soon as well. These prices are pretty crazy to be but when you compare them to say Brentwood I guess they're somewhat sane.

Thanks. The georgetown studio was going for $907 a sq ft back in May 2019. During that period in time real estate demand was going down and a lot of highrise projects were getting cancelled. Georgetown was offering free parking spots for studios because no one was buying. At its peak it was worth about $1148 a sq ft at completion. its sitting at about $1065 a sq ft as of today. We did look into Amazing Brentwood Tower 6. They wanted $900,000 for 637 sq ft 16 floor 2 small beds 1 bath on 16th floor. High $900’s for top floors. Those prices are just too high.

Very curious on that signage, it looks pretty massive especially on top of a residential tower.

It's a heating/cooling fan coil system so it "should" work better than the Civic 3 radiant cooling. Unfortunately the buildings central HVAC only works in either heating or cooling mode and not both so those south facing units may have to open a window to cool down in shoulder and winter.

Thanks for the updated! If you think that is a commie block you have been spoiled.
