They had a proposal to redo the outside but the current council said it didn't fit the look they wanted.

Engh, there's something charming about aged exteriors in the buildings around us. I kinda like trying to guess the age of them as I drive by.

Reminds me of the Lougheed area. I used to live there waaaaay back in the day and going back and seeing the new giant towers sprouting up, compared to the older ones off to the side always makes me a little giddy inside.

Does anyone know what kind of cooling this building will use? I heard A/C, but I heard that too with Civic 3 Plaza and they wound up with really low-end "radiant cooling" that frankly, doesn't work that well.

I bought presale with century group in 3CP... it was a disaster. Worst developer in the area. I'll buy concord anyway over them.

Anyone have info on where the Townhomes will go? From what I recall seeing at the show home, they will be in the rear of the building facing the face. Seems a bit of a safety issue to have them backing on to the park, no? Holland Park isn't exactly a bastion of safety at night...
