Don't understand why they're covering the parking garage on the south side but not the north side which is much more visible.

I'm guessing they only had space to do it on one side with the amount of parking they wanted, and they're assuming another tower will be built on the lot next store owned by GT.

They might have a deal with the GT property owner. It appears the balconies might extend beyond the property line, and they invested a lot on that side of the building adding balconies, so I’m sure they have an agreement with GT on future land use on that site and they are sure only the podium will butt up next to the building, and not the tower portion. Usually a building owner puts a blank wall if they have no control over the neighboring building

These are great additions to the skyline!
I'm curious to know what the process is for finishing the exterior of the (gray) one on West Peachtree. It doesn't look too much different now than it does in the 2nd photo posted on November 4th.

Spoke with one of the workers last week and they say the plan is for Momentum to start leasing in May.
