Nope. That is on a separate piece of land. The renderings show the tower. Hopefully they will sell that land and move the cell antennas to the top of a building in the future

Are they building both towers or doing it in phases? It looks like they've only started landscaping half of the lot.

Building the towers in phases with the taller one starting first.

That was my guess. Glad the taller one is going up first.

I hope they do something artistic with the satellite tower. I saw it in the rendering. Looks like it's just painted black.

Also this is on a pretty prominent point, elevation, in Midtown.

seems like the quality of what's being built is steadily improving - excited to see how this one's gonna turn out.

The cell tower is not on their property, however I would speculate that, just like the project at spring and 14th with the billboards, they have an easement to use the property to stage construction materials and will be free to landscape the area after construction. I would hope that the cell tower gets relocated to the top of a building, and that small parcel gets combined with an adjacent property for development…. We shall see

That cell tower will need to go, the buildings will render it pretty much useless.

It looks like they've started on the foundation of tower 2 from the looks of it.
